Most contractors show you a gallery. This is the file the gallery would be drawn from: every job we have finished since October 2023, with the month, the town, the acreage, the machine and the number of machine days it took.

How to read a row
Six columns, and each one is there because it changes what a job cost or what it involved.
We log the month a job finished. It is enough to show what the work has looked like over three years without putting a customer's address on the internet.
Not what a salesman estimated afterwards. Where a job covered part of a parcel, the figure is the part we cleared.
On your ground, with the machine working. It is the unit we sell, and the day count against each row is what that job was actually billed against.
Which of the three ran is on every row. That single fact moves the price more than the acreage does, which is the whole reason we publish it.

How a job becomes a row
Four steps, and none of them involve anybody writing marketing copy.
The operator closes it out with the acreage, the day count and which machine ran it.
One row, filed under the county it happened in. No row is added later to make a page look busier.
Every one of the 57 county pages is built from those rows, so what you read there is the file rather than a description of it.
Every figure on this page and on the home page is a count over the same file. When a row is wrong we correct it and the totals move.

Three years, year by year
The record starts in October 2023. Two of these years are partial, which is why the first and last look light, and we would rather say so than let you assume a downturn.

What this page does not show you
| Customer names and addresses | We log the town, not the parcel. Somebody who hired us to clear a back lot did not agree to have their address published, and the town is enough to show where we work. |
| Jobs that are not finished | A row appears when the work is done and closed out. Nothing in progress is counted, which is part of why the current year always looks lighter than it will end up. |
| Quotes we did not win | Only finished work. If we counted every parcel we priced, the numbers would be much larger and much less useful to you. |
| Photographs tied to specific rows | Our picture library is not matched to individual job records. Rather than caption a frame with a job it might not belong to, we leave them uncaptioned. |

Where a permit was needed on the work above, the owner obtained it. We are a clearing contractor, not the permit office, and we do not file applications on anyone behalf.
What is protected varies by county, by city and by species, and a parcel inside a city limit answers to the city rather than the county. There is a fuller answer on the FAQ page, and the only reliable one comes from the office that covers your parcel.
Questions about this page
Why are there no before and after photographs against each job?
Because we have not matched our photograph library to individual job records, and we would rather show you nothing than caption a picture with a job it does not belong to. The photographs on this page are our own machines on Florida ground, and that is all they claim to be.
Why are most of these jobs so small?
Because most Florida clearing work is small. The median job on our record is about an acre and finishes in a single machine day. Large tracts exist and they are on the county pages, but a page that showed only those would misrepresent what we mostly do.

Yes. Every county we have worked in has its own page listing the jobs we finished there, with the month, the town, the acreage and the day count. The full list is at the bottom of this page.
